this ain't really the place to be asking this, go to the eve-o forums, or, better yet, go to dotlan and look at recent sov changes, the russians will be looking to rent out some of those systems they have acquired I am sure. just don't trust goonswarm whatever you do

I would look on the Sell Orders section on the eve forums. Pandemic Legion and Russian Corps, are always selling of space, but be aware that will make you pay a lot!! Be aware though that the space they are currently selling, some of which is in Vale of Silent and Geminate. Which be aware of because it was taken from the NC Alliance and i know for a fact they plan on taking a lot of it back because there is billions in tech moons in and around those regions. In saying that look for systems that are not located near russian bases unless you want to work with them, because you become a pet alliance.

tbh dealing with the russians and renting is like just giving ISK away, they dont keep any of there argreements when push comes to shove, this is from past experience

i was just hoping someone here might know a good contact or something and knows allies that dont ask questions on how you earn your ISK :D

Lol well then the Russians are your best bet, Sov these days is only held by 3 Major Players, Northern Coalition Alliances, Russian Alli, and Test / Goons, others like Hun Corp and so on, won't be around much longer so don't go looking to get sov from them. But out of them, Atlas or Shadow of Death are probably your best bets, because they make all there isk from Bots (i assume thats what you ment by don't ask questions) so even though a Russian alliance will probably mean your throwing your isk away, there you best place to go at the moment.
